Every level is designed to improve listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

A1 Level – Beginner

Start your German journey from scratch! At A1 level, you will: Learn basic German phrases for everyday situations – greetings, introductions, shopping, and travel. Understand simple grammar: articles, personal pronouns, present tense verbs, basic sentence structure.

A2 Level – Elementary

Take your German to the next step! At A2 level, you will: Expand your vocabulary to express daily life, work, and social situations. Learn past tense forms and more complex grammar structures (modal verbs, separable verbs).

B1 Level- Intermediate

Start speaking German more confidently! At B1 level, you will: Learn intermediate grammar: present perfect, imperfect, reflexive verbs, conjunctions, and sentence structures. Improve listening and reading comprehension with news articles, dialogues, and short stories.

B2 Level- Upper Intermediate

Polish your German for professional and academic use. At B2 level, you will: Master advanced grammar: subjunctive mood, complex sentence structures, passive voice, relative clauses. Understand detailed texts and news reports and follow extended conversations.

C1 Level – Advanced

Achieve a high level of fluency and comprehension. At C1 level, you will: Understand complex texts, lectures, and discussions with ease. Use nuanced grammar and vocabulary to express ideas clearly. Communicate confidently and fluently, even in professional or academic settings.

C2 – Proficient / Near-Native

Reach native-like mastery of German! At C2 level, you will: Understand virtually everything you read or hear. Express yourself spontaneously, precisely, and fluently in any situation. Use idiomatic expressions and subtle nuances naturally. Analyze, summarize, and interpret complex texts and discussions.

Goethe Exams

The Goethe-Institut offers German language certification exams from levels A1 through C2 under the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).

TELC Exams

TELC offers German language examinations from beginner (A1) through to advanced (C2) levels. Examinations test the four language skills: listening, reading, writing and speaking.

TestDaF exams

The TestDaF is a standardised German-language proficiency exam aimed at non-native speakers who want to study at a German university or embark on an academic career in Germany.
